Mr. zu Guttenberg served as Minister of Economics and Technology and then as Minister of Defense in the cabinet of German Chancellor Angela Merkel. As the youngest Defense Minister in German history, he led the most significant structural reform of the German armed forces since the Bundeswehr’s founding. Baron zu Guttenberg was a member of the German Parliament from 2002-2011 and served as spokesman on the Foreign Affairs Committee. He is a Distinguished Statesman at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC and served as Senior Advisor to the European Commission leadership on global Internet freedom. He sits on a variety of international corporate and not-for-profit boards.

Janos Barberis
Janos Barberis founded FinTech HK, which he established to spur Hong Kong's FinTech eco-system. In parallel, Janos sits on the advisory board of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) FinTech Committee. He is also the founder of the SuperCharger, a FinTech accelerator. Previously, Janos was an Associate at a prospective UK retail bank, Lintel, helping it to secure a banking license from the PRA & FCA. His role follows a specialist interest developed over 7 years, in financial systems and their stability. Notably, Janos proposed to reform the Chinese shadow banking sector by developing P2P lending channels.

Marc P. Bernegger is a serial web entrepreneur and fintech investor. Aged 20, Marc founded the party platform (trade sale to Axel Springer) and he is a founder of amiando (awarded by the World Economic Forum as Global Technology Pioneer in 2010; trade sale to XING). He is Ambassador Switzerland at FinLeap, was partner at the listed investment company Next Generation Finance Invest (today Ayondo Holding) and venture partner at Orange Growth Capital. Marc was awarded as «100 most successful people under 40 in Switzerland» by BILANZ in 2015.

Holger is Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG since 2008 and leader of the Swiss Consulting practice. He has been working as a management consultant since 1997. Holger advises on business and digital transformations, sourcing, and information security. He is the Leader Digital Transformation for PwC Switzerland and works closely with Olivier Kofler. Both are the Co-Leader of the PwC Experience Center to support our customers from strategy through to execution. In addition, he has well founded expertise in "Sustainable High Performance" of leaders and teams.

He is a trusted advisor to C-level executives in the commercial and private sectors and has established relationships with industry leaders, security communities and government and intelligence agencies across the world. Until 2015 he was the Head of Group Security (Chief Security Officer) at Swisscom. Before, Roger was Microsoft’s Worldwide Chief Security Advisor. Christina Kehl

Christina co-founded the insurtech startup Knip with Dennis Just in 2013 and iniated the association Swiss Finance Startups in 2014 with Urs Häusler, Gian Reto à Porta and Thomas Brändle. Prior to Knip, Christina studied German and European law at the universities of Wurzburg, Helsinki and Oxford (PhD). The entrepreneurial spark showed early as Christina was responsible for several business and media projects during her school and university years. She founded her first company, an educational consultancy at the age of 19 and sold it 5 years later.

She has spent over 20 years working in the financial technology space, most recently as an editor at financial services and technology newswire, Finextra. Matthias Niklowitz

Matthias Niklowitz is currently working as an industry analyst and business reporter with e-foresight, a Swisscom think tank on next generation financial services and technologies. Before, he was business reporter in a variety of publications covering technology and financial services. During his career, he spend about ten years in different positions in global investment banking. He is holding a M.B.A. in Social Sciences and Environmental Sciences and a B.A. in Business Administration.
Ramin Niroumand

Ramin is responsible for strategic management and business model development. He utilized his experience in consulting over 20 international banks. He is now acting as an advisor and sparring partner for FinLeap’s founding teams. Prior to arriving at FinLeap, Ramin was Innovation Manager at DKB Deutsche Kreditbank AG, where he led the banks electronic and mobile payment innovation projects alongside PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and Cringle. He holds a degree in business information systems and was named one of Deloitte Consulting’s youngest Senior Consultants at the age of 24.

Michael studied business economics in Saarbrucken and Mannheim. In this time he founded his first companies. He received his diploma and started at Professor Homburg & Partner Consultancy. In 2000 he had his first contact with the internet-payment industry by joining a company that charged digital goods. Afterwards he changed to EuroCoin AG. Here he has built up the virtual money-business. In 2004 he took over one of the group-subsidiaries by Management-buy-out. Michael has sold this company and started at Amazon to build up Amazon Payments in Germany. In November 2014, Michael joined IDnow and since July 2015, he is Managing Director.

Tom is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the general management of AdNovum. He has more than 18 years of experience in the ICT sector, both gained in the US and in Europe. As CTO, he plays a decisive role in defining and governing AdNovum's technology strategy. Tom has a strong focus on enterprise mobile and cloud technologies. He has been responsible for the security architecture and implementation of the largest Swiss online banking portal for many years and has masterminded industry-leading mobile payment solutions.

(exited to FTSE 100 company), an investor in FinTech specialist Anthemis and is a board member of FX options hedge fund LCJ.
